Personal data
Three paths on this site collect information about you. Each is described below, with what is collected and why.
1. The contact form. It collects your email address and, optionally, one line about your project. This is used solely to reply to you. The data is stored on a server located in the European Union, and a notification is sent to the publisher through Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France), a processor within the meaning of the GDPR.
2. The assistant bubble. If you leave your address there, it is recorded only after an explicit consent checkbox, and then follows the same path as the form.
3. The log of questions asked to the assistant. Each question is recorded with its date, in order to improve the answers. Neither your IP address, nor your email address, nor any session identifier appears in it — that choice is written into the service's code. These records therefore cannot identify you.
Retention. Email addresses are kept for three years from the last exchange, then deleted. They are never transferred, rented or sold.
Your rights. Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978 as amended, you have the right to access, rectify, object to, restrict and erase your data: write to david.desroses@brs-humics.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies — no tracking, no advertising. That is why no banner greets you.
Traffic is measured with Umami, open-source software installed on a server belonging to the publisher. The data goes to no third party, is neither sold nor cross-referenced, and serves one purpose only: knowing which pages are read. Recorded: the page viewed, the referrer (the site you came from), language, browser, operating system, device type and screen resolution, plus an approximate location derived from the IP address — country, region and city. Nothing else.
Your IP address is not retained. It is used only, for the duration of the request, to compute an anonymous visit identifier, and is then discarded. No profile follows you from one day to the next.
How to opt out. The measurement script reads a single key from your browser's local storage: umami.disabled. Set it to 1 and nothing is measured any more. It writes nothing else, and uses neither cookies nor browser fingerprinting.
Appointment booking is handled by Calendly (third-party service): when you access their tool, their own privacy policy applies.
The conversational assistant
This site offers an assistant that answers from the published documents. A site that explains how to examine an artificial-intelligence project ought to be clear about its own.
How it works. Your question is compared with the published documents; the closest excerpts are passed to a language model (OpenAI GPT-4o mini, via OpenRouter) tasked with rephrasing them. The answer is constrained to those excerpts, and the sources are shown beneath each answer. If no relevant excerpt is found, the assistant says so and does not invent one.
What it is not. Neither a certification, nor a label, nor investment advice. Its answers are generated automatically and may contain errors: the published documents prevail, and a human remains reachable at david.desroses@brs-humics.com.
Liability
The publisher strives to ensure the accuracy of the information provided, without being able to guarantee its completeness or the absence of error. The contents of this site are informational and methodological; they constitute neither legal advice, nor investment advice, nor any commitment as to results.
The published frameworks structure a deliberation; they do not settle it. The link between a score and a future outcome is not established: that is precisely what the open test protocol proposes to put to the test.
External links
This site links to third-party sites (notably Zenodo, OSF, ORCID, the INPI, Calendly and lnl-ai.com), over whose content the publisher exercises no control and accepts no responsibility.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable settlement, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
